This is my youngest son Luke at age 5. Now 7 he still has one of the strongest practices of anyone I know and I am referring to when he is off his mat.

I will be running to support Boston Children's Hospital Hip Dysplasia on Saturday August 22nd in my home town of Easton. Getting ready for tomorrow's Hand to Hand , Heart to Heart event with Front Line Yoga and Friends. The Winter Clothing Distribution Event is from 1-3pm on the Boston Common and all are welcome (Kids too)!
We will be located at the intersection of Boylston and Tremont, across from the Emerson College Radio Station. We will be set up on the grass about 150 ft from the street. Look for this HOPE sign and we Hope to see you there.
