GIRLS TEEN HORSE & STRENGTH PROGRAM
Confidence. Responsibility. Grit.
This is not a riding lesson program.
This is a commitment-based horsemanship and strength program for girls who are ready to work, learn, and earn their place in the barn.
What This Program Includes
• 1 structured horsemanship lesson per week
• Hands-on farm & barn responsibilities
(grooming, tack care, stall work, organization, horse care)
• 45 minutes of fitness training each session
Designed to improve strength, balance, core, and riding ability
• Mentorship, discipline, and real-world accountability
• Work with senior, school-safe horses
• A program built on respect, effort, and consistency
Who This Is For
✔ Girls who want more than “just riding”
✔ Teens who benefit from structure and responsibility
✔ Parents looking for confidence-building without coddling
✔ Riders who understand that privilege is earned
Who This Is NOT For
✖ Drop-in attitudes
✖ Excuses
✖ Phones, drama, or entitlement
✖ Families unwilling to support expectations
Program Details
• 3 days per week
• Limited spots — small group only
• Attendance, effort, and behavior matter
• Parent & Teen Agreement Required
• Grounds for dismissal are clearly defined
This program is an honor and a privilege.
