Unsinkable Women,
Stories and songs from the Titanic, by Jean Templin
Heartfelt and uplifting stories (and music) told by ladies who survived the Titanic.

August 21 & 22, show begins at 7:30pm
August 23, show begins at 2pm
Profits benefit The East Troy Area Historical Society.
Tickets $15 each.
Available at: East Troy Community Center (9am-3pm, Tue-Wed-Thursday), or East Troy House, or the East Troy Area Historical Society.
Seating begins 30 minutes before each show. Open seating.

Chair yoga!
A one hour class on Wednesdays, starting July 8th, from 10am-11am.
No fee (though we always accept donations), no need to register.

You will feel the benefits right away –you’ll move and breathe a little easier the rest of the day, and you may enjoy a deeper and more restful sleep.
The environment is welcoming . . . the poses, movements and breathing are clearly explained . . . and questions are encouraged.

The class begins with gentle seated warm-ups and then moves into standing poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance, using the chair for support.
It is led by yoga expert Frank Whiting, who has practiced for 30 years and taught for 15 and Holly Sutter, who completed her teacher training in 2014 and taught extensively in Southern Florida. See you there!
