I must take a minute to brag on our volunteers! I put out a call less than 24 hours ago for help with a project that needed to be done today!! Two were able to answer the call! We will be represented beautifully on tomorrow at the event we are sponsors for!! Many hands make light work! Let’s continue keeping our seniors safe, steady and independent!!

Alright alright alright!! MHCF is ready to get back in the saddle! With health fair season behind us, our Fall Free for Life ™️ pop up workshops are in high demand. Workshops can accommodate up to 25 participants. We are in pre planning for our 2026 Fall Prevention Workshop Series. This year promises to bigger and better and we have spent the last year forging new relationships and curating subject experts that will not disappoint!
