2026 Rental Fees are $350 + the $100 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned after your event if no damages are incurred.
The $100 deposit is due within 2 weeks of receiving the emailed contract.
The balance is due 3 weeks before your scheduled rental date.

The PennCraft Community Board has set the 2026 fees for the hall rentals. There will be a $100 security deposit. The rental fee is set at $350.00. So, total amount to rent is $450.00 before your event.
The $100 security deposit is refundable as long as the contract requirements are met.
Again, there will be no rentals in January or February of 2026.
Those who have reserved a date in 2026 (up to June), contracts have been emailed. Please review and submit the signature page and deposit.
Any questions, changes, cancelations, please let me know asap.

📢 2026 Hall Update – Temporary Closure & Booking Info 📢
Heads up to all our friends and guests:
The hall will not be available for rentals during January and February 2026. We'll be using this time to make some updates and do a deep clean to keep the space fresh and welcoming.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding!
Also, we've noticed the Google Calendar has been a bit wonky lately. If you're looking to book a date, please text, call, or message directly, and we'll be happy to check availability for you.

The Penn-Craft Community Association has set the 2025 rental fees for your bookings. If you have already contacted the center, you should be receiving a contract in the mail.
The 2025 rental fee will be $300 + the $100 security deposit. The $100 security deposit will be returned after your event if all requirements are met and there is no damage to the hall/property.
The security deposit must be received within one week of booking and receiving the contract to confirm the booking.

The community center has an opening on Sunday October 13th if anyone is looking for a last minute venue. The rental fee is $250 + a $100 refundable security deposit. If interested, please give me a call or text at 412-582-4882.
