This is a nonprofit organization who's sole purpose is to better the community and bring the community together through fun time and good experiences. The youth group is one division of the ELGT, it is new this year and we are starting it up with millions of great ideas for the community and having some fun doing it. To become a volunteer you must be 13 and up. To be a volunteer you must be able t
o be responsible, reliant, some what professional, minimal foul language, best behavior at all times, be role models the kids will be watching you and what you do. As a head member you will meet with me to discuss topics, fundraising, fun day, ideas, all kinds of activities we could do, etc. We will discuss how thing are going overall, any problems we have had, how to fix them and more. Then head positions will be figured out and set to move on farther. I run and over see everything, but people will be assigned jobs, positions, etc for each activity. Set, head people will need to be the main people running things. Just volunteers, you are willing to be a part of the team, have fun while doing the work but do not want major responsibilities. You will be called or otherwise arranged to be a part of said activities. You are not a full time person unless you want to be. You are required to be the best you can be and on your best behavior at all times as well. We have a lot of great ideas, fundraisers, etc. planned we just need to get good, reliable, upstanding youth to join this great team and help it go far!
