The East Hartford Outreach Program (EHOP) is dedicated to meeting the human needs of our community, with a particular focus on: Rental assistance, Utility Support, and other circumstances - based human needs. The main office, which serves as a reliable resource for community support is located at 837 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108. A Board of Directors governs EHOP and provides services to t
