Leadership Pickens County (LPC) Class ###II is thrilled to announce a ribbon cutting event to celebrate the completion of its community service project benefitting Family Promise of Pickens County. Alongside the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce, the event will take place on Wednesday, May 1 at 9:30 AM at Family Promise of Pickens County (104 Stewart Drive Easley, SC). As the LPC Class ###II celebrates this outstanding achievement and exemplary service project, they will also recognize those individuals and organizations who have made this massive undertaking a success.

Major progress this week! THANK YOU to everyone for contributing!!!! So far, the LPC Class (& superstar Len Newman) has successfully demolished the old 16' X 48' structure, graded the area and removed an underground tree stump, removed 2 dead trees, raised funds to get materials to rebuild a new 16' X 48' structure, raised donations of labor and concrete to pour a patio underneath the new structure, and so much more! Next, we will install the posts upright, lay a beam across the top of the posts, add the header, the rafters, and the roof, replace the vinyl siding, and rebuild the playground!
