🌟 Member Spotlight: Leslie C. Yoest 🌟

Leslie C. Yoest brings heart, leadership, and genuine connection to every role she serves. As Vice President and Business Banker at Banner Bank, she partners with small to mid sized businesses to understand their goals and provide customized financial solutions that help them grow and thrive. Her ability to truly listen, ask the right questions, and build trust is something she has refined over the years, even during her earlier career chapter as a private investigator, where attention to detail and reading people were essential skills.

Beyond banking, Leslie is deeply rooted in community leadership. She serves as President Elect of the Kiwanis Club of Eagle, where she is passionate about supporting children, strengthening families, and bringing people together around meaningful service. With a combined five years of Kiwanis membership, she believes wholeheartedly that when you are blessed, you share those blessings.

Leslie also serves as the Director of Fun and Community Liaison for the Garden City Chamber of Commerce, a role that perfectly reflects her personality. She thrives on creating connection, building relationships, and helping people feel welcomed, valued, and engaged within our local business community.

Originally from Mountain Home, Idaho, Leslie treasures her life with her wonderful partner Matt, her two daughters and their spouses who are like sons to her, and her two, almost three, amazing grandbabies. When she is not working or serving, you can find her camping, running, relaxing by the pool, or spending time with her dogs.

Leslie embodies service, leadership, and joy. Our community is stronger because of her.

Kenny Pittman | Eagle Kiwanis Club – President
Serving kids. Supporting community. Helping local businesses thrive.

Meet Kenny Pittman, proud Eagle resident, U.S. Army veteran, and current President of the Eagle Kiwanis Club. A Kiwanis member since 2019, Kenny is deeply committed to strengthening the Eagle community through service, leadership, and meaningful connection.

Professionally, Kenny has spent 25 years with PES-WIES — “Payroll. The easy way.” — helping small- to mid-sized Idaho businesses confidently navigate payroll processing, reporting, and compliance. Known for his straight talk and practical approach, Kenny focuses on simplifying complex processes so business owners can spend less time on paperwork and more time growing their businesses.

As Kiwanis President, Kenny is focused on building strong partnerships with community leaders, businesses, and residents, while growing club membership to ensure Eagle Kiwanis can continue supporting local kids, families, schools, and community programs — now and into the future. He believes strong communities are built when neighbors, volunteers, and businesses work together.

Guided by faith, family, and service, Kenny leads with heart, humility, and a little common sense — both in business and in service.

Interested in serving your local community or connecting with other local business leaders? We’d love to have you join the Eagle Kiwanis Club.
