Looking for a fun, energetic companion to keep up with your active lifestyle? Scooter might just be your guy!
Here is everything you need to know about this handsome little fella:
Energy & Personality: Scooter is high-energy and always on the go! While heās not a huge snuggle bug, once he finally winds down from a fun day, he loves to curl up right next to you to relax.
Leash & Walk Skills: He absolutely loves his walks and walks like a dream on a leash! He gets super excited when he sees other dogs on walks and will barkānot out of aggression, but because he genuinely wants to say hi and make friends with everyone.
Dog & Cat Manners: Scooter is eager to play and is still learning subtle social cues from other dogs. When another dog gives him a polite correction, he takes it wonderfully and never reacts negatively. However, he would do best in a cat-free home, as he finds felines a bit too exciting and tends to bark at them constantly.
Potty & Crate Training: Scooter is crate trained and does very well in his crate! Heās also mostly house-trained and understands that potty time happens outside. Sometimes he just gets so distracted playing that he forgets to head out in timeāthough if the back door is left open, he always makes it out on his own!
Meeting New Friends: He can be a little wary when strangers first enter the home, but with just a moment to check things out, he warms up super quickly.
Scooter is ready to find a loving home that will enjoy his playful spirit, keep him active, and continue guiding him as he grows!
Scooter is approximately 1 year old and weighs 16lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is located in Boise, Idaho.
