Miss Daisy is adopted!!!

We called her Daisy Mae, her new family calls her Daisy Mayhem for all the Mayhem she causes when she sees a squirrel.🤣

Thankfully Daisy has a lot of great qualities and she won her families heart.

She has gone fishing with Dad...and jumped off the boat requiring her Dad to jump in after her. But after trying out the water she relaxed on the boat and just took in the beautiful scenery.

We know Daisy will keep her family on their toes, but she will also repay them with love and loyalty.

We love you Daisy.❤️❤️❤️

So we took Ellie to P.U.P. Idaho to see how she felt about water and swimming.

It was a huge confidence builder for her. She surprised us all just how far she went into the water for her first introduction. What was really cool was to see that large, noisy trucks came by on the road and she completely ignored them. Usually they would scare her.

We are planning to return to see if she will go all the way in and enjoy a nice swim. It will also continue to boost her confidence which is our ultimate goal.

Ellie at the office sitting quietly watching the workers unload their trucks.

This is a big milestone for Ellie. When she first arrived if she saw any strangers outside she would bark. If she heard loud noises she would run and hide.

We are so happy to announce that Hank has found his forever family!🥰

Having recently losing their beloved dog their home and hearts felt empty. Having Hank in their lives now they are starting to heal. They said Hank fit in seamlessly, acting like he had always lived there.

We are so happy for Kathi and Joel, and also Hank. He is such a good boy and we are so thankful he found the best family. Thanks also to Natalie for taking such great care of him, taking him on adventures and teaching him some fun tricks. Also Indra for spending time with him and taking great photos and videos.❤️

SAFE 6/5/26

URGENT:

This is Snake (female tan) and her brother Lizard (black and tan) and they are scheduled to be euthanized tomorrow morning at 7am if they do not get a rescue commitment. They are 5 months old and in an out of state shelter.

We need two foster homes to save them, one for each pup. If one foster wants to take both that is okay. The shelter says they have the best personalities. They are fully vaccinated and healthy. Not potty trained.

They have just run out of time. They have been in the shelter 50 days with no adoption interest and there is no place to put new dogs coming in. It is not the shelters fault. Their hands are tied.

Please help us by sharing this and helping us get them a foster.

We cannot have someone say they want to help, to just change their minds tomorrow as we will have nowhere to put them once we committ. Boarding is no place for puppies.

The rescue will supply crates, potty pads, food, food bowls, leash and harness, 24/7 back up for questions/concerns, all vet care needed.

Foster needs to be within 1 hour drive of Boise.

We are taking it slowly, the same way you would introduce a muzzle.

She is getting lots of treats for leaving them on. At this point the straps are still loose. Over the next few days we will tighten the straps and work on the amount of time she wears them.

She should be out in the sun with them on pretty soon.
