Hello everyone. 🫶🏻
Juan's Legacy of Hope is in the process of organizing a Grief Support Group for families who have experienced the loss of a loved one due to mental health.

The loss of a loved one is heartbreaking under any circumstance. When that loss is connected to mental health, it often comes with unanswered questions, confusion, and emotions that can feel especially overwhelming. No one should have to navigate that journey alone.

Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where families can come together to share their stories, support one another, and find comfort, understanding, and hope among others who have experienced a similar loss.

We will announce the date, time, and location as soon as all the details are finalized.

Until then, please keep these families in your thoughts and prayers. Sending love, strength, and hope to each of you. 🙏❤️

Mental health Matters…..
You Are Not Alone
Mental health affects all of us. It's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to ask for help. Reaching out is a sign of strength—not weakness.
Know the Signs;
Feeling sad or hopeless for weeks
Withdrawing from friends and family
Changes in sleep or appetite
Feeling overwhelmed or anxious
Loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed
Difficulty concentrating
Thoughts of giving up or feeling like a burden
Ways to Support Your Mental Health
💚Talk to someone you trust.
💚Stay connected with family and friends.
💚Make time for rest and self-care.
💚Spend time outdoors and stay active.
💚Seek professional help when needed.
💚Remember: You matter, and your story isn't over.
You Are Loved. You Are Valued. You Are Enough.
If you or someone you know is struggling, don't suffer in silence. Help is available, and hope is real.

Creating awareness. Breaking the stigma. Inspiring hope.
"Together, we can make a difference—one conversation at a time."

Today’s run was a success 💙. Thanks to everyone who came out to support our men. We couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s involvement. Today wasn’t just any run; it was a run to let our men know they aren’t alone, not today, not tomorrow, not ever. “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares” - Psalm 55:22.

Hope to see everyone Saturday 💙

On behalf of Juan's Legacy of Hope, we would like to extend our sincerest condolences to the family who has lost a loved one. This tragic event highlights the ongoing struggles associated with mental health. In light of this, we encourage everyone to offer compassion to the affected family. Rather than passing judgment, let us strive to become more educated about mental health issues. It is crucial to recognize that individuals may conceal their struggles with depression, fighting silently without outward signs. By uniting as a community, we can provide support to one another daily, even to those who appear happy and fine. Together, we can work towards eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health.
