Early, middle, or late pregnancy or new moms please spread the word on this resource. Super nice and helpful items! 🩷🩵

We have maternal care boxes for new or expecting moms, stop in at Missouri Breaks. The boxes also come with a set of 3 hooded towels and 3 washcloths!
All you need to do is fill out a survey. Ideally we would prefer the mom to stop in! 🍼👶

“What does a C-section feel like?”

It feels like someone digging through a purse…
except you’re the purse.

You can feel the pulling.
The pressure.
The tugging back and forth while your body rocks on the table.

You’re numb to pain,
but not to the fact that someone’s hands are literally inside of you.

And somehow,
while trying not to panic,
you’re also about to meet the love of your life.

C-sections are not “easy.”
They are surgery.
They are survival.
And moms who go through them are unbelievably strong.

PCOS has officially been renamed to PMOS polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome.

because it was never just an o***y syndrome.

this condition affects so much more than cysts or irregular periods.

it can impact:
hormones.
metabolism.
insulin resistance.
fertility.
mental health.
sleep.
skin.
inflammation.
and overall long term health.

for so many women, the old name never fully reflected how serious and whole body this condition actually is.

PMOS recognizes that this is endocrine.
metabolic.
reproductive.
and systemic.

and honestly?
that matters.

because women deserve to be understood beyond “just a period problem.”

We wrapped up our 2026 Bebela Learning Nights - this year was so fun!! So many babies 😍, the food, the topics, and the vibes were so good! This year went by way to fast - we are so thankful to our mom's, babies, community helpers, and our teachers that presented - all of you made this event the event it was! You give us motivation to keep pushing forward and keep doing what we're doing! Thank you for sharing your babies with us 🩵- each of you are such strong winyans and we are thankful to be able to be in the same room as you!
