We were honored to participate in the 10/01/2026 launch of the New Hampshire Branch of the Federal Government Pro Bono Program, which creates pro bono and other volunteer opportunities for federal attorneys and paraprofessionals. As a volunteer-run nonprofit, we welcome this timely expansion of opportunities to serve.

We have been busy the last few weeks!

Veterans Legal Justice is proud to have wonderful volunteers and Directors representing us at events throughout the state.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Sorry about the late post, folks.

Veterans Legal Justice will NOT be hosting an in-person intake session at the Easterseals Veterans Campus in Franklin tomorrow, September 19th.

We WILL, however, be holding space at the Seacoast Veterans Conference in Portsmouth. If you or someone you know is in the Seacoast area, consider stopping by to learn about us and other veteran resources. We will have volunteers at the event who are trained to conduct intake if necessary.

We have partnered with LaBelle Winery in the past and we're doing it again for a profit sharing fundraiser. 50% comes back to Veterans Legal Justice.

Heads up!

Veterans Legal Justice is participating in NH Gives this year.

This year, we are aiming for $5,000 to support a brand new position, the Pro Bono Manager.

After showing us all how it's done, our very own Larry Vogelman has us wanting more!

In the last 5-6 months alone, we have already received a call volume approaching all of 2025 and we're showing no signs of slowing.

To keep this up, it takes all of us.

From all of us set VLJ, we want to wish you all a peaceful and safe Memorial Day.

Our charge today is to be reflective and honor, in whatever way we can, the sacrifices of those who served our country bravely.

From those serving now and all the way back to our founding, brave men and women from all walks of life have laid down their lives in defense of freedom, peace, and throwing off the yoke of oppression.
