A New Chapter for Veterans and the Bragtown Community

VFW Post 2740 is thrilled to share the news of its partnership with The Joel Fund and Women Veterans Support Service, Inc. (WVSS), as the designated Post Operator for its new VFW Post space. This collaboration promises to usher in a new era of support and community for veterans in Durham and the surrounding Bragtown area.

Currently, the final agreement is being finalized, and efforts are underway to solidify this collaborative endeavor. Within the next few months, the Post anticipates bringing everything together, marking an exciting milestone for this partnership.
This initiative is more than just a facility—it represents a renewed commitment to empowering veterans and fostering connections within the community. The partnership with organizations like The Joel Fund and WVSS underscores the dedication to providing resources, services, and opportunities that enhance the lives of veterans and their families.
