So many sad things on here and so many dogs still waiting for help… I wanted to share a sweet Pupdate! Chopper was a dumped dog in Durant and now he is king of the dog park in NYC and has the most loving parents possible.

🚨IN NEED OF RESCUE🚨
This gorgeous, friendly long-haired German shep just gave birth and is living outside. Dad is a beautiful black lab (they are desirable pure mixed breed shepadors). There are 10 puppies.
Need rescue please, if you have room. I sure wish we did right now.
Located near Durant, Ok. Will get transport to a rescue willing to help. Please DM or comment if you can and tag your fave rescues.

This boy is lost and looking for a new human or a foster! If you’re interested in either please text the number 469-438-6242. We will help with vetting if a rescue wants to take him. He passed his cat test too! He is very young maybe 6-9 months old.

Go adopt one of these precious babies!

It’s been a little bit since we checked in with the Sherman Animal Shelter, so we stopped by this morning to say hi to some of the residents.

The shelter is currently near capacity, and we met a few good-looking pups who would probably tell you they prefer a couch or backyard over another night in the kennel.

As your summer gets underway, consider adopting, fostering, or even volunteering. For families looking for something positive to be part of this summer, the shelter is a great place to start.
