🌱 Springboard is looking for passionate youth advocates and entrepreneurs to help guide and grow our impact in the community!

As a board member, you’ll play a key role in supporting programs that empower young leaders and creators through hands-on experiences and real-world opportunities.

Board Commitment Includes:
• Fundraising efforts early in the year
• ~4 meetings in the first six months
• Monthly (or as-needed) meetings July–October during event season

Signature Events:
✨ Youth Entrepreneur Expo (September)
🎨 Youth Arts Festival & Makers Market (October)

We’re especially seeking individuals with experience in:
• Community event planning
• Networking & outreach
• Fundraising & sponsorships
• Grant writing
• Accounting or financial management
• Marketing & social media

Tomorrow is Southwest Colorado Gives Day, and we’re asking for your support!

Springboard’s Youth Arts & Entrepreneurship Program empowers young creators to launch their own small businesses—helping them gain real-world skills, confidence, and a platform to share their work with the community.

Your donation helps cover event costs and builds our new Youth Scholarship Fund, providing up to $200 in financial assistance for participating youth who need help with startup supplies to join the Makers Market. Together, we can remove barriers and make sure every young entrepreneur has the chance to shine.
