I Matter connects youth 18 and younger (and 21 and younger for those receiving special education services) with a licensed therapist for up to 6 free counseling sessions! No insurance, credit card, or legal status information is required. Sessions are available in person or virtual by computer.

Sometimes youth need a little extra support to handle their big feelings. With I Matter’s free youth therapy, you can help your child connect with a licensed therapist who listens, understands, and gives support that fits their needs. It’s safe, easy, and all about helping them feel seen and heard.

Just a short survey away, visit IMatterColorado.org to start today.
