iAM MUSIC is looking for a passionate Vocal Instructor to join our teaching faculty.

We’re seeking someone who is more than a voice teacher — someone who can mentor, inspire, and help students develop confidence both on and off the stage.

Our ideal candidate is an active musician with strong vocal skills, teaching experience, and a passion for helping students grow as artists.

As part of the iAM MUSIC team, you’ll work with students of all ages and experience levels, helping them build healthy technique, strengthen musicianship, and discover their unique voice.

Whether you’re leading bands in local schools, coaching singers in private lessons, teaching songwriting, or helping students build confidence on stage, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the next generation of musicians.

iAM MUSIC is looking for an Outreach & Lead Music Instructor to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate musician and educator to make a lasting impact through music education in local schools and community programs throughout Durango.

As part of the iAM MUSIC team, you’ll lead bands, teach group classes and private lessons, mentor young musicians, and help students build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong connection to music.

✨ Position Highlights:
• Approx. 20 hours per week
• $36,990–$50,000 annual compensation
• Paid school breaks and holidays
• Opportunities for private lesson instruction
• Work with an incredible team of educators and artists
• Ideal for active performing musicians

We’re looking for someone who is more than a teacher — someone who is ready to be a mentor, role model, and advocate for the next generation of musicians.
