Columbus Day Association of Lackawanna County The Columbus day Association is a non-porfit organization which holds the hertiage of our Italain ancestry in high regard.

Our main event is an anual dinner in which we honor a person (or people) of the year - a Lackawanna county Italian native who has done wonderful things our local community. All excess proceeds we generate from this dinner and any other association events are donated to local charities which include St. Francis of Assisi soup kitchen and St Joseph's hospital.
