Clean Water. Healthier Futures. Brighter Classrooms.

At Our Aim Foundation, we believe access to clean drinking water is a basic right, not a privilege. Through Water Project #1150, we've installed a clean water system at Navin Primary School, Bilaspur, India, providing safe drinking water to 1,800+ lives. Every glass of clean water helps children stay healthier, attend school consistently, and focus on learning.

📢 **We’re Hiring: Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher**

Our AIM Foundation is seeking a caring and qualified **ECD Teacher** for **Pak Grammar School, Multan, Pakistan**.

If you are passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and build strong foundations for the future, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, preferably B.Ed or BS Education
* Professional qualification or diploma in ECD, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
* Montessori or ECD certification is a plus
* 1 to 2 years of experience teaching children ages 3 to 6 preferred
* Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered
* Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
* Good communication and classroom management skills
* Fluency in Urdu required, working knowledge of English preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and deliver age-appropriate ECD lessons
* Create a safe and engaging classroom environment
* Track each child’s developmental progress
* Communicate with parents and guardians
* Work closely with fellow teachers and school administration
* Participate in training provided by Our AIM Foundation
* Follow all child safeguarding policies and standards
