Global Health Manager
Lead to oversee health facility operations, mobile clinics, and health programs in remote areas across Africa, with a focus on Malawi. This role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance, and strategic partnerships, while coordinating with teams on the ground to maximize healthcare impact.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily operations of health centers, mobile clinics, and community health programs.
● Monitor healthcare delivery, staff performance, and patient outcomes across facilities.
● Lead partnership development with government bodies, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
● Oversee program reporting, monitoring, and impact assessments.
● Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and operational standards.
● Coordinate with telehealth programs, training, and capacity-building initiatives.
● Support budget planning, resource allocation, and donor reporting for health programs.
What You Should Know / Tools:
● Health facility operations and community healthcare delivery in remote settings.
● Program monitoring and reporting tools, MS Office / Google Workspace.
● Partnership management and stakeholder engagement.
● Experience in telehealth, mobile clinics, or capacity-building programs.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
● 2+ years of experience managing health programs or facilities in remote or resource-limited settings.
● Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
● Knowledge of healthcare compliance, monitoring, and reporting standards.
