💧🌍 A Truly Moving Morning of Service Above Self 🌍💧

Yesterday’s Rotary Club of Dunedin North breakfast was one we won’t soon forget.

We had the incredible opportunity to hear District Governor Mark Middleton and the team behind a years-long clean water project in Kenya share the story of how a vision became a reality.

After years of planning, partnership, hard work, and perseverance, a solar-powered water purification system is now providing clean water to a school and the surrounding community in a small village in Kenya. 💙

What makes this project so powerful is that it’s about so much more than water. It’s about healthier children, stronger families, better opportunities for students, and hope for an entire community.

Hearing the story, seeing the photos and video, and understanding just how much effort went into making this possible was truly moving. This is Rotary in action—people coming together across communities and across the world to create meaningful, lasting change.

A huge thank you to Mark Middleton and everyone who played a part in bringing this incredible project to life. Your dedication is a beautiful reminder of what Service Above Self can accomplish. 💙💛

Clean Water. Healthier Children. Stronger Communities. A Brighter Future. 💧

🇺🇸 WELCOME HOME, VETERANS! 🇺🇸

Tuesday 9/15/26 was a truly special day as we had the honor of welcoming home our Veterans from an incredible Honor Flight from PIE Airport to Washington, D.C. ✈️

These amazing Veterans traveled to our nation’s capital for a day filled with remembrance, gratitude, and the recognition they so deeply deserve. Then, they returned home safely to Florida that evening. ❤️🤍💙

The Rotary Club of Dunedin North was honored to be there at PIE to celebrate their return and show these heroes just how much their service and sacrifice mean to our community.

There is something incredibly powerful about standing in an airport surrounded by American flags, fellow Rotarians, families, and Veterans — all coming together to simply say:

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. 🇺🇸

To our Veterans: your service helped protect the freedoms we enjoy today, and we are forever grateful.

Welcome home! It was an honor to celebrate YOU. ❤️🤍💙
