56 years ago today, q***r people got tired of being told to stay quiet... so they didn't.

The Stonewall Uprising wasn't the beginning of q***r history, but it was a turning point that changed everything. Pride exists because people chose to fight back instead of backing down.

So celebrate, have fun, be loud, and don't forget who got us here. 🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Happy marriage equality anniversary! 🏳️‍🌈💍

Today we're celebrating the anniversary of marriage equality becoming the law of the land in the United States, a reminder of how far we've come and the countless LGBTQ+ people who fought to make it possible.

Love is love, but rights are rights, too. While we celebrate this milestone, we also recognize that the fight for full equality isn't over.

Today we're celebrating the first time the pride flag was flown back in 1978, and honestly? What an iconic moment.

46+ years later, it still stands for visibility, community, joy, and being unapologetically yourself. Whether you're loud and proud or just figuring things out, there's a place for you here. 💖

🏳️‍🌈 6 years ago today, Bostock v. Clayton County changed the game.

The Supreme Court ruled that LGBTQ+ people can't be fired just for being LGBTQ+ under federal law. A massive win for our community and a reminder that our rights exist because people fought for them.

Progress isn't always linear, but today we're celebrating this one. 💜

Today, we remember the 49 lives stolen in the Pulse Nightclub shooting on June 12, 2016, and honor the survivors, loved ones, and communities forever impacted.

Pulse wasn't just a nightclub. It was a place where LGBTQ+ people could gather, celebrate, feel safe, and be fully themselves. In a world that doesn't always make space for us, places like Pulse matter.

As we celebrate Pride this month, we also remember why Pride exists in the first place: because our community has always faced hate with love, fear with resilience, and tragedy with solidarity.

Gone, but never forgotten. 🕯️
