Clayton County Foundation for the Future Clayton County Foundation for the Future was created to ignite generosity and empower communities.

We serve Clayton County, Iowa as a bridge between important community needs and resources. The Clayton County Foundation for the Future works with donors, nonprofits, and community partners to improve quality of life for the 17,000+ residents of Clayton County and ensure a strong future for our area. CCFF serves three main roles:
-Inspires giving, advising and assisting donors
-Strengthens nonprof

Last month, we worked with the Clayton County Child Care Coalition to bring together child care center directors and board members from across the county to learn about best practices for nonprofit boards through a mini Board Boot Camp session facilitated by the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque.

The fourth annual Rural Teacher Summit will be held on Wednesday, August 5.

Come together for a free opportunity to enhance classroom learning, help tend to your personal well-being, reconnect with your professional passion, and feel supported. The summit is free to attend for educators at all grade levels, including classroom teachers, school administrators, guidance counselors and other professionals.

•Breakfast and lunch are included
•Attendees receive a $25 gas gift card to offset travel costs
•New this year: Attendance will count toward teacher license renewal credit
•Opportunity to learn about and apply for classroom grants that support your practice and students

We're proud to celebrate America’s 250th birthday through the Voices of America project - an effort to honor the friends and neighbors who make up our rural communities.

Kelsi Davis is one of eight regional voices lifted up to share the stories of people who hold our community together two and a half centuries after our nation’s founding.

📣 A Leadership Transition at the Foundation of Cornerstone Communities 📣

After three years of dedicated service as Director of the Foundation of Cornerstone Communities, Michele Von Handorf is passing the torch to Mandy Ludovissy.

Michele's leadership, passion for community impact, and commitment to strengthening our region through philanthropy have helped the Foundation continue to grow and make a difference throughout the communities we serve. We are grateful for her contributions and wish her all the best in her next chapter.

Please join us in welcoming Mandy Ludovissy as the new Director of the Foundation of Cornerstone Communities. Mandy brings enthusiasm, a heart for service, and a commitment to building on the Foundation's strong tradition of supporting local projects and organizations that enhance quality of life in the communities served by Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics.

Each Quarter we choose a charitable organization to be the recipient of the donated slot ticket from guests and our team member jeans days. Recently, the executive team from Bally's Marquette presented a check for $2,728 to the Clayton County Foundation for the Future. We are thankful to our guests and team members that we are able to help the community!
