This is from one of our members that worked with our coach . Her testimony makes us so proud to do what we do. Most proud of her for putting in the work.
"I am a military spouse who reached a point where the weight of military life, constant transitions, and anxiety felt unbearable. I was struggling quietly, feeling isolated and unsure where to turn, especially without a strong support system around me. Reaching out for help was hard, but reaching out to Valkyrie Ranch in January 2025 changed everything.
From the moment I connected with Valkyrie Ranch, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope. They paired me with their life coach, Beth, and working with her has been truly life-changing. Beth didn’t try to “fix” me, she listened, she understood, and she helped me find my own strength again. Through her guidance, I gained tools, clarity, and confidence I never knew I was capable of having. She helped me feel grounded during a time when everything felt like it was falling apart.
What makes Valkyrie Ranch truly unique is that they don’t just focus on the military member, they recognize that spouses and families carry their own heavy burdens. So often, spouses are expected to be strong, flexible, and supportive while quietly setting aside their own mental health. Valkyrie Ranch sees us. They acknowledge that when families are supported, the entire military community becomes stronger. That recognition alone was incredibly validating and healing.
Valkyrie Ranch also went above and beyond by providing financial support for me to attend a mental health retreat. That retreat became a turning point in my healing. It gave me space to breathe, to process, and to reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t think was possible anymore. I walked away lighter, stronger, and more hopeful about my future.
Valkyrie Ranch doesn’t just support military families in words, they do it through action, compassion, and genuine care. They showed up for me during one of the hardest seasons of my life and reminded me that I’m not alone. I am forever grateful for the impact they’ve had on my mental health, my confidence, and my life."
