Fire units from companies 6, 7 and 3 responded after 3 PM this afternoon for several roadside fires between Old Kings Hwy, Westpoint Stevens Rd to WPA road. Fires were quickly contained. Thanks to all that responded.

Charlotte County Fire Departments that provide EMS got together tonight to go over each other’s vehicles and equipment to get familiarized. Thanks to all that attended.

Dispatched to assist Company 4 this afternoon for a mower on fire threatening hay bales. Fire was quickly contained. Pumper 6, Tanker 6 and Engine 6 responded. Thanks to all that assisted.
