A MASSIVE CHANGE in the USA World Team process for 2027 as we head closer to the 2028 LA Olympics. A rundown:

- The Olympic weight classes will be decided earlier in the selection process than the non-Olympic weights.

- The World Team Trials tournament for the Olympic weight classes will be held in April at the 2027 US Open.

- New criteria hasbeen established for the World Team Trials (linked in the comments below)

- There will also be a Last Chance Qualifier before the World Team Trials tournament.
