Please be humane and bring your animals in.

Put yourself in their position. Would you want to freeze and suffer?

For anyone wondering, this is why we have a STRICT adoption contract. We never want our dogs to be in this position.

Sweet TuTu finally found her home after 2 years in our rescue.

2 years is never ideal to stay in rescue but sometimes it just takes that long to find the right fit. 💙

We pulled a very pregnant Tallulah from the Fitzgerald shelter in 2022. She had a c-section and raised 12 babies and they all found their forever homes.

Thankful for our fosters and the wonderful boarding facility we use Georgia Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation, Inc.

Meet Woody!

Woody is a hound/bird dog mix. He is a happy boy, who loves to play! He doesn’t mind the occasional donut either. He is a tripod, but it doesn’t slow him down.

Woody was rescued from the Nashville shelter over a year ago. He is a wonderful dog, who hasn’t had much interest. Our goal is find Woody a home by Christmas! 🎄

He is being boarded at Georgia Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation in Cochran, GA.

We still have 2 precious dogs in our rescue. They have been in boarding.

As you can probably tell, we have been quiet lately.

Life happens and we just pushed the rescue to the side. Our dogs are safe and happy.

That’s our number one priority.

Tallulah is coming up on 2 years in the rescue. She is a darling dog. Loves people, kids and other dogs.

Her favorite day would be lounging on the couch and snuggling with you and taking a leisure stroll through the neighborhood.

Woody is a fun outgoing hound who is a tripod but it doesn’t slow him down. He loves to play and would do great in a home with another dog.

Happy Father’s Day!

Woody is not a father to our knowledge. We ensured that wouldn’t happen as soon as his came into our care ✂️ ✂️. He would make a great companion for a Father, someone to go on hikes with, play ball, eat a donut every now and then.

Woody is estimated to be 2-3 years old. He has three legs, but it doesn’t slow him down. He is a hound/bird dog mix we think. Please share Woody’s picture in hopes he finds his forever home.

He is clean in his kennel and house trained.

*Woody is domesticated. He isn’t doing to be a yard ornament or live in a cage outside, so if that is your intentions.. please do not put in for an application and waste our time and yours. * 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to our very own TuTu.
We rescued a very pregnant Tallulah from an over crowded shelter a year ago. All of her puppies were adopted. Tallulah is still waiting for her forever home!

Tallulah is currently in boarding. She is house trained and keeps a very clean kennel. She loves to be petted and very loyal to her person. She is the type of dog who would just love to lay on your couch.
