PUBLIC REQUEST FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE & SUPPORT
I am posting this publicly because private channels have failed, time is critical, and I need help.

I am currently involved in an ongoing legal matter in Douglas County, Colorado, where I believe my constitutional rights and basic procedural protections have been repeatedly violated. I have made good-faith efforts to work within the system, but I am now at a point where continuing without independent legal intervention is no longer safe or ethical. ***Judge Kelly Waigler and public defender Olivia Moran *** have:
* Played static during proceedings to hinder my participation
* Ordered a mental health competency evaluation as punishment for my questioning their ex-parte tactics and as retaliation for filing complaints
*I was the victim who called the authorities in the first place but was arrested when they arrived without even being given a chance to state why i called and wasnt read my rights by Douglas County Sheriff Pollard
*Theyve threatened incarceration and use of Sandra Bland act if i dont comply
* I passed the first evaluation and a second was ordered without any factual basis and this time theyve acquired the forensic psychologist used in the King Soopers mass shooter trial! Their own personal contact… The goal is seemingly to have me institutionalized one way or another
* Have made no accommodation or acknowledgementhat I have end stage heart failure and was assaulted by two caucasian teens and was the one arrested, incapable of assaulting two feathers let alone teens and in a county with 1% Black population , itd be foolish to ignore the possible racism or prejudice at play.
*Was told by Public Defender’s office supervisor that she refused to allow me to replace Olivia Moran even though i didn’t have any communication from her the first 10 months!
*With heart failure, their actions have exacerbated my heart functioning hreatly, acknowledged by a UCHealth specialist

I am seeking immediate legal assistance, specifically from:
• Attorneys licensed in Colorado
• Civil rights or constitutional law attorneys
• Criminal defense attorneys willing to review judicial and procedural misconduct
• Legal advocates or organizations familiar with due process violations
I am also requesting financial assistance to retain qualified legal counsel. I am not asking lightly. Due to ongoing health issues and the strain of this case, my ability to fund adequate representation has been severely impacted.
This situation has real consequences for my freedom, my health, and my future and I have emd stage NYHA4 heart failure so the stress could very well kill me. I am documenting everything and am prepared to provide records, filings, and timelines to any attorney or advocate willing to review my case seriously.
