I delivered Blakely’s Babies to Wicksburg Fire/Rescue today and got to learn all about the fire trucks and ambulances. We stocked up the ambulances for kids in car crashes and emergnecy situations! Just a little piece of comfort in a scary situation.

Today was the best Blakely’s Babies event yet!

4️⃣0️⃣ stuffed friends were given out to the residents of Grand South Senior Living! Sno cone sales all summer were all worth it to see the smiles we got to be a part of this afternoon.

Each friend had an encouraging message written on its shirt and it was such a joy to watch the happiness that each stuffed animal brought to these individuals.

A big thank you to the staff at Grand South for allowing us this visit. And of course Mrs. Jessica Hutchings for always helping me coordinate BB events! Also, my sister queens were amazing help!

My buddy, Kolsen, stopped by for a visit. He loved the dinosaur I gave him. He’s battling a rare disease. Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), also known as von Recklinghausen disease, is a genetic disorder that causes uncontrolled tissue growth along nerves. He refuses to let that keep him down! He’s one of the the best friends I have. Please keep him in your prayers. He’s one cool dude!

I had a blast last week with my amazing sister queens! We went shopping for Blakely’s Babies! I can’t wait to add handmade shirts and start passing them out to those in need!
