ATL was a idea thought and created by Raphael D. Palmer, A kid from Dothan,AL who’s only passion in life is his music. He loves all forms of art seeing that it all has a story or message behind it. Dothan has A LOT of talent and so much potential but we do almost nothing with it, so why not try and bring this talent in this city together? there is so much hate in this world and it drowns out all this untouched potential.
