At Solano Family First Responders, we believe support should extend to the entire family.

That’s why SFFR helps connect local first responders and their families with confidential mental-health services, including access to counseling.

You don’t have to wear a badge to deserve support.

At our 2026 Field of Dreams BBQ, we had the privilege of recognizing the Switzer family and their incredible commitment to honoring Tyler’s legacy through the Tyler Switzer Memorial Golf Tournament.

Years ago, SFFR had the opportunity to help this family turn an idea into something meaningful. We’ve been proud to stand alongside them ever since.

Our mission goes beyond providing mental-health services. It’s about building relationships, supporting families, and creating a community where first responders know they’re never alone.

16 therapy sessions. In just 10 days.

Since this year’s Field of Dreams BBQ, SFFR has approved 16 Restoration Therapy sessions for Solano County first responders and their families.

One responder received 8 sessions.
One first responder couple received 3.
Another responder received 5.

And when someone reaches out, we believe getting help shouldn’t take weeks. SFFR strives to approve requests within 4 hours and connect first responders and their families with care within 48 hours.

This is where your support goes.

Every ticket purchased. Every sponsorship. Every donation. Every person who shows up for SFFR helps make it possible for us to say yes when someone asks for help.

From months of planning to setup, check-in, raffle sales, merchandise, cleanup and all the little things nobody ever sees—our board members and volunteers gave their time to make this year’s event possible.

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who continue to show up for SFFR so that we can continue showing up for Solano County first responders and their families.
