It has destroyed Gaza's health system, denying malnourished people treatment. Truckloads of food, medicine and other vital aid are just a few miles from starving people but are barred from reaching them.

The civilized world should not tolerate the continuation of this atrocity. Behind every number lies a broken family, beneath every rubble lies buried dignity. Right now, what Palestinian refugees need most is hope for survival—a sip of clean water, a satisfying meal, a bottle of life-saving medicine.
Please lend a hand by sending a bag of clean flour to a child, or a tarpaulin to a displaced family. Every donation you make can pierce the shadow of the blockade, quell the cries of hungry children, and rekindle hope in desperate families.

Over 140,000 people, mostly South Sudanese, have arrived in White Nile state since conflict broke out in Sudan.
Our teams working in camps where people are taking shelter are overwhelmed, treating cases of suspected measles and malnutrition among children.
As more people arrive to the camps in White Nile, assistance must be urgently increased, including nutritional support, shelter, food, clean water and sanitation.
We also require the ability to bring in more experienced emergency staff, and to secure shorter supply routes from abroad.

Last year, patients with dengue fever increased tenfold on the previous year, and at the start of 2023, we saw the highest weekly increase in patients with cholera since 2017.

“Even when they die, people have nowhere to bury their dead...”
More than one million people have fled the fighting linked to the resurgence of the M23 armed group in North Kivu province in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Hundreds of thousands of them currently live in complete destitution in overcrowded camps in Goma and its surrounding area, often without access to sufficient food. A lot of deaths are occurring due to severe malnutrition.
Justine, Alice, Tuliza and Agnes are four women who have been displaced by the fighting linked to the resurgence of the M23. In the documentary, “Tomorrow or the day after, we're going home”, these women tell of the violence they fled or suffered, and of their daily struggle to survive...

We are extremely saddened by the tragic news of the earthquake that hit Morocco and the high number of reported victims. Our teams arrived on site after the earthquake on 9 September and are currently assessing the needs while coordinating with the local authorities to see how we can help.
In this context, we need to care for the wounded and perform medical acts quickly, like surgery or dialysis, which can be a challenge when local health capacities are severely affected by a disaster. Restoring health services and distributing essential goods can also be priorities. Our intervention will, therefore, depend on the results of these initial on-site assessments.

âť—Three weeks after the earthquake in Morocco, which killed nearly 3,000 people, mental health support remains a priority for survivors.
“We saw entire villages destroyed, roads collapsing, and electricity cut off... Despite this, the Moroccan authorities, with the support of some states, managed to remove people from under the rubble,” says Fouzia Bara, MSF nurse who was part of our first team in Morocco.
Many lost relatives, friends or saw their villages flattened. Our teams are currently on site, providing psychological support to those who have been affected
