🎄🫔 It’s Holiday Tamale Time! 🫔🎄

Hey Neighbors! It’s that time of year again — Cub Scout Pack 514’s Annual Holiday Tamale Fundraiser!

Our awesome scouts are selling:
✨ Tamales (packs of 4, single flavor) — Chicken, Pork, or Beef — $15 per pack
✨ Chile Rellenos (packs of 5) — $25 per pack

You can place your order with your favorite Pack 514 Cub Scout or, if you don’t know one, just drop a comment or DM me and I’ll be happy to get your order in!

Orders are open now through Nov 28th, and we’ll deliver right to you Dec 4th–6th — just in time for your holiday gatherings.
Every purchase supports our Discovery Bay Cub Scouts and helps them on their Scouting adventures. Thank you for keeping this local tradition going strong — and enjoy some delicious tamales and chile rellenos while you’re at it!

Hello Neighbors!
The Scouts of Discovery Bay will be collecting food donations for local food banks and charities on Saturday, November 15th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. You’ll find us at the picnic tables by the park on Harbor Haven Way and Fallman Blvd in The Lakes.

As you may know, this has been a month for many families, and your generosity can make a real difference. We’re accepting donations of non-perishable items such as canned goods, peanut butter, condiments, spices, pancake or muffin mixes, crackers, cookies, instant soup, ramen, beans, pasta, powdered milk, juice, coffee, and tea.

Please note that we CANNOT accept perishable foods, open containers, or glass jars.

Join Cub Scout Pack 514 on Tuesday, August 5, from 6-7pm, at The Lakes Harbor Haven Playground for National Night Out!

We'll have a visit from the Sheriff's Department, free Otter Pops for the kids, and a chance to meet other awesome families.

Come learn about what Cub Scouts has to offer. No pressure, just popsicles and possibilities.

Looking for some Friday fun? Pack 514’s Pop & Splash Bash is happening TONIGHT, and you’re invited!

When: Friday at 5 PM
Where: Ravenswood Park Splash Pad, Discovery Bay
What: Free Otter Pops + splash pad fun + good vibes

It’s the perfect way to cool down, meet local Cub Scout families, and enjoy a relaxed evening at the park. Open to all K–5 kids and their families - no commitment, just come play!

Three days. Nearly 100 degrees. Countless memories.

Our Pack 514 Cub Scouts just wrapped up an incredible Twilight Camp this week, alongside Packs from across the district! From archery and obstacle courses to skits, smores, and science — they hiked, built, explored, and truly did their best.

Despite the heat, the energy never dipped...especially at the closing campfire, where Scouts performed for proud families and new friends.

We’re so proud of our Cub Scouts for their spirit, creativity, and curiosity. Big thanks to the amazing volunteers who made this week a blast!

Bullseye! Twilight Camp kicks off tonight!

For the next three evenings, Pack 514 is teaming up with fellow Packs from across the district for a fun-filled adventure under the summer sky.

Our Cub Scouts will be diving into:
Archery & other target sports
STEM activities
Crafts & creativity
Outdoor skills & classic Scout games
