For Freedom held a fun tennis event on October 26 in the beautiful setting of Sedona. Thanks to the support of 1,000 Cranes Foundation, the event raised over $5,000 for victims of s*x-trafficking at home in the USA, and in India, Nepal, and Ethiopia. God, our Savior, blessed our shared heart for rescuing and providing restoration and healing for survivors of s*x-trafficking. We are so grateful to Outbound Sedona (previously Poco Diablo), under the Directorship of Paxton Baker, for donating use of the courts to bless us with a fantastic day of tennis and fellowship! Over 25 participants played their hearts out, and enjoyed a hearty lunch and happy hour with a stunning backdrop of the red rocks of Arizona. A heartfelt "thank you" to everyone who made this day such a success. May God be glorified!

Dear Tennis lovers and friends,

I am so very grateful you registered to play/volunteer in this tennis event supporting the rescue and rehabilitation of victims of s*x trafficking. We deeply appreciate your support.

It is with great sadness and disappointment that I must tell you the tournament director, Jake, and I, have decided we have no option but to cancel the event due to the terrible weather forecast - rain, wind, thunderstorms.

We are planning to refund your registration fee (probably next week); however, if you would like to donate that amount to For Freedom, please let me know. Unfortunately, between other planned events and the cool December temperatures, we are not planning to reschedule for 2025.

Again, Mike (my hubby and partner in this ministry), Jake, and I are truly sorry and disappointed, and we thank you most sincerely for supporting For Freedom.

Dear Tennis lovers and volunteers!

In spite of Hurricane Priscilla's threatening repercussions, Serve For Freedom is not surrendering to the so-called forecast yet:)
I was reading Psalm 135:6-7 and reminded that God is the one who causes the rain, wind, lightening, etc.
SO....... Jake (Tournament Director) and I (Nessa) decided to wait a little longer before making a decision about the tennis event this Saturday at Poco Diablo in Sedona. We plan to send out an email by 1 pm tomorrow with a final decision.

Meanwhile, if you would like to withdraw and receive a refund, please reply to this email, otherwise, we'll assume you are hanging in there with us!
