A friend of mine who is on a very limited income just had her little dog attacked by an unleashed much bigger aggressive dog. She managed to find a vet to save the dog and work with her on payments, but it is several thousand dollars which she doesn't have (the owner of the other dog, was thrown out of the place she is living but they have no money she can get from them either so she is on the hook for this). A Go Fund Me account has been set up, I would appreciate your contributions to help her.
