DCI provides a safe and nurturing environment, personal care services, case management, supervised companionship and opportunities for individuals to do as much as possible to maintain a sense independence. DCI provides supervision by trained, professional staff, in home daily living assistance, medication management, specialized care (when needed), transportation (if possible), and coordination of doctors, therapists, case managers and other professionals involved in the lives of the residents.
