Always a special time reconnecting and celebrating at Northern Illinois Synod Assembly.

We’re grateful for the in-kind offering of hundreds of gifts cards for groceries, gas and other essentials that allows us the flexibility to support individuals and families who face sudden, urgent needs.

LSSI President and CEO Mark Stutrud also addressed the assembly and was humbled when Bishop Stacie Fidlar presented him with a beautiful, handmade quilt as a retirement gift.

We are so grateful for our many church partners who step up in so many ways. St. Barnabas Lutheran Church in Cary, donated hygiene kits, clothing, and laundry supplies to the LSSI Addiction Treatment Center in Elgin.
