In honor of Red Ribbon Week, come learn more about how we can support our teens in making healthy choices and living drug-free!

📅 TONIGHT!!
⏰ 5:30–7:30 PM (Presentation begins at 6:00 PM)
📍 Stockbridge Theatre at Pinkerton Academy

The evening will feature presentations on drug use, alcohol use, va**ng, host laws, and more! There will also be an adult-only “Mock Bedroom” walkthrough highlighting what teens may be hiding in plain sight.

🍕 Free food and raffles will be available, and you won't want to miss a special appearance by Luna the Astro Pup! 🐾
Bring your family, spread the word, and join us for an evening focused on prevention, awareness, and keeping our teens safe. We hope to see you there! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday to support our Teen Safe Expo! We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this event possible and to all the families and community members who joined us for a day focused on teen safety, education, and making healthy choices.

A special thank you to all our amazing community partners, vendors, presenters, volunteers, and sponsors who took the time to share their knowledge, resources, and experiences with our community. From hands-on activities and interactive demonstrations to important conversations about safe driving, distracted driving, and the choices teens face every day, your involvement made a real difference!

It takes a community to make a difference, and we are so thankful to have so many incredible people and organizations working together to keep our teens safe!

Thank you again for making this year's Teen Safe Expo such a success! We can't wait to continue working together to promote awareness, encourage healthy choices, and keep our community safe. 💙

🚗 We’re here until 2:00 PM today!

The Matrix Save a Life Tour is here today, providing hands-on experiences that demonstrate how distraction and impairment can impact your ability to drive safely.

We’re also honored to welcome guest speaker Kyle Simpson, who tragically lost his son in a distracted driving crash. Kyle will share his story to raise awareness about the dangers of distracted driving and the importance of making safe choices behind the wheel.

There’s still so much more to see and experience! Come on down and join us to explore the many activities, connect with our community partners, and learn more about how we can all make our roads safer. 💙

💊 SAFE DISPOSAL. SAFER COMMUNITIES.

This Saturday, October 24, Parkland Medical Center is teaming up with South Central Public Health Network, Southern Rockingham Coalition for Healthy Youth, and local police departments for DEA Prescription Drug Take Back Day and the “Crush the Crisis” initiative!

⏰ 10 AM–2 PM

📍 Three convenient collection locations:
🚔 Derry, NH Police Department
1 Municipal Drive, Derry, NH

🚔 Plaistow New Hampshire Police Department
27 Elm Street, Plaistow, NH

🚔 Salem NH Police Department
9 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Salem, NH

Have unused or expired medications at home? This is an opportunity to dispose of them safely and help prevent medication misuse in our community.

Accepted items include:
• Prescription medications, including opioids
• Over-the-counter medicines
• Pet medications
• Ointments, lotions, and drops
• Liquid medications in leak-proof containers
• V**e cartridges without batteries
⚠️ Please note: Needles, syringes, lancets, and liquids are not accepted.

Taking a few minutes to dispose of medications safely can help protect our families, our teens, and our community.

Hear powerful stories from parent speakers Virginia Fuller and Kyle Simpson about the lasting impact of losing a loved one to preventable driving tragedies, and learn why making safe choices behind the wheel matters.

🎨✨ When communities come together, young people create powerful messages.

CATS was grateful to collaborate with Media Power Youth, South Central NH Public Health Network, and Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry on the "Don't Let a Chemical Choose Your Vibe" workshop.

During this creative event, teens explored healthy decision-making and designed stickers that encourage their peers to make positive choices and stay true to themselves.
