As we stand in solidarity with countless organizations and public figures, we too believe that every soldier, sailor, airman, and Marine deserves unwavering protection. Recently, the Pentagon confirmed the identities of six U.S. soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty when an unmanned aircraft system hit a command center in Port Shuaiba, Kuwait, in early March 2026. May their courage and resilience serve as a beacon of inspiration to us all. To those currently serving, we honor your bravery and dedication - may your service be filled with strength, courage, and safety. Although our mission focuses on supporting local Veterans who have honorably served and continue to face challenges, our prayers remain with our active-duty members, wishing them steadfast readiness and protection. May the spirit of service and sacrifice resonate deeply within us, echoing the profound words, “Here I am Lord, send me”… reflecting the heart of Isaiah 6:8.

Creating a nonprofit is not easy. SO much time, resources and effort. Im so excited to report we have raised over $1,200 so far and every dollar is one step closer to our goal. One of the things that separates Freedom Veterans Foundation from other charities is our transparency and our mission to help our local veterans. The ones right here in Rosepine, Deridder, Leesville and other surrounding areas. We want nothing more than to be able to create a safe environment to connect vets with vets! To provide that battle buddy mentality and be there for when one of us has those dark moments or sleepless nights. Some one you can call or txt and say "Hey man, sorry it's late but f**k my brain is restless..." I get it, I lived it. You are worth it, I promise.

We’re already at 18% of our fundraising goal, which is amazing — but we’ve got more work to do! Every dollar counts. Seriously, even just $1 can help us get and into the lives of veterans who need us most. Funds are used to help build our network of local veterans and support teams, direct financial support and host meaningful outdoor activities for veterans. The list can go on! We are striving to make a big splash in the local communities.
