We are planning to have our 2nd Annual DeQuincy Alumni Incrediball Tournament this fall that will be held on November 26, 2022 in *hopefully* DeQuincy this year. We are still working out some kinks here. We plan on having a food truck(s) and concessions, a homerun derby (king & queen) and will provide tournament champions, runners up, and homerun derby winners with tshirts! Each team will be responsible for a $200 team fee (can be broken up between players), $10 for homerun bands and $10 for a homerun derby entry! Please contact Kari Stratton at 337-660-3925 or Lacey Hungerford at 337-476-0037 to sign up to have a team (you will be responsible for getting your team together). The idea is to have each team represent their own class. If there’s a class that can make up 2 or more teams, or a spouse to play in an alumni’s place, etc...we will accept entry. Just get your team together quick to get the best players! 😉😉
We are also looking for the following sponsors/donations:
•$200 business sponsors (will be on the t-shirts)— please email me ([email protected]) for the form if you’re interested.
•Donations of Water & Powerade.
•Someone equipped to run sound/play music.
•We are also tossing up the idea of having some of the older classes that don’t want to play participate in a COOK OFF! Not 100% sure on that, but we are trying to put steps in motion for that. If you’re interested in helping coordinate this, please contact Kari at 337-660-3925.
