☔️ Talk about timing… the skies opened up right as the Fleet of Flowers was set to begin at 11 AM, and this year’s event took a tough hit.

Faced with ongoing bridge repairs- then the rain downpour, the usual flotilla we all look forward to wasn’t able to go out.

Huge thanks to the Fleet of Flowers volunteers & committee—especially with new leadership this year—for the time, effort, and heart they poured into making it happen, and to those who still came out and stayed through it.

Here’s to next year, with all that preparation already in place and the new bridge unveiling, it’s shaping up to be something truly special ⭐️

🌹Thank you to everyone who made it out to the 81st Fleet of Flowers in the pouring rain to watch the ceremony. Some of the new things we planned for this year did not happen because of the weather and traditional things like the flotilla were impacted as well. We are already looking forward to the 82nd🌹

🌹Shuttle Stops for the Fleet of Flowers Memorial Day Ceremony TODAY. Shuttles start running at 10:00am🌹

🌹Post Office.
🌹Hwy 101 turnout (at the sea wall across the street from Bigfoots Beach House coffee shop).
🌹The Boat Launch parking lot.
🌹The Whale Museum (south end of the Depoe Bay bridge on Hwy 101).

🌹Look for the Shuttle Stop Signs🌹

🌹The shuttle will also stop at the city parking lot at the corner of Bay St. and Williams. There will not be a Shuttle Stop sign at that location but they will stop there if there is room on the shuttle🌹
