Adventure Forward Service Corps

Adventure Forward Service Corps Adventure Forward is a service corps dedicated to fostering personal and academic success among under-served youth through exposure to adventure.

Our vision is to provide 1,000,000 adventure experiences to under-served youth by 2030. To do this, we are beginning by running a pilot program in the Summer of 2014 here in Denver, Colorado. We will be working with 10 - 20 corps members and 100 under-served students with the goal to measure and understand the best approach to integrate outdoor adventure and academics into a full-year, highly scal

able program. It is a privilege to have signed on an amazing Board of Advisors including Walter Isaacson (Steve Jobs Biographer), Daniel Epstein (Founder and CEO of The Unreasonable Group), Tim O'Neill (Legendary climber and Exec Director of Paradox Sports), Brad Ludden (Pro-Kayaker and Founder of First Descents) and others. We often summarize Adventure Forward as "Teach for America meets Outward Bound". Feel free to apply to be a corps member this summer or reach out to us personally if you have any questions.
