In Florida, Hurricane Milton destroyed Ms. Hernandez's home, and she's been working hard to rebuild her life and property. With FEMA no longer able to provide housing and her mobile home under construction, she needed a safe temporary place to stay.

Her story reminds us that even one small act of support can make a real difference for families still rebuilding after a disaster. If you'd like to help people like her, consider donating, sharing our mission, or reaching out if you know someone still in need.

Chris Rodriguez, a retired air traffic controller, and his wife Brigette contacted us about donating their unused travel trailer so Woody and his daughter Luna drove down to Beulah, Colorado, to meet them and pick it up. Thanks to their kindness, that RV became a safe shelter for a senior couple in Washington state who lost their home to severe floods.
A heartfelt thank you to Chris and Brigette. Your generosity turned loss into hope.

We're always looking for RV donations to place more families in safe shelter. If you have an RV in good working order, please complete our donation form on our website: https://tinyurl.com/49c7tee2

Your donation will be tax-deductible and life-changing. We will contact you to come pick it up or you can deliver it directly to a family we match you with.

120 homes lost.
120 EmergencyRVs delivered. And now, an award-winning film. 🏆

After Hurricane Helene devastated North Carolina, we got to work. Our short documentary “Delivering Hope, One RV At A Time” tells that story and we’re proud to share it just won an award at the Touchstone Independent Film Fest. This short film is an excerpt of a full-length documentary that will be released at a later date on our you tube channel.

This recognition belongs to the families who showed incredible resilience, and to our supporters that made this possible.

We’re especially grateful to José Andrés , whose support was instrumental in delivering those EmergencyRVs to families who needed them most.

Sebastian lived in an RV through Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, and after losing everything in the storms, he was told to vacate FEMA housing on April 1st. Thanks to this RV donation, Sebastian now has stable long-term housing to help him stay safe, feel secure, and enjoy life again with his dog Rufus by his side. We love that Rufus is already feeling right at home too. Thank you to all who support our mission.

We delivered an RV to Terry Kilgore last year after the Eaton Fire destroyed his home of 30 years, and also his collection of guitars and dozens of irreplaceable recordings dating back to the late 1970s. Insurance companies turned their backs on Terry and his close knit community of Altadena, California when they cancelled his policy just months before the fire. Two days ago, CBS LA posted an incredible article that Terry has started working on new songs and we love seeing his comeback to music. We believe that music is important to healing and restores hope when it’s needed the most.

Rock on Terry! 🤘

When FEMA leaves the disaster zone, our work continues. The flooding from Hurricane Helene left Mark Searles’ home uninhabitable and the FEMA trailer he lived in for months was suddenly no longer available. The rebuilding of Mark’s home was not complete and with FEMA winding down their Helene shelter program, he was left with no options for shelter. Volunteer Florida told us his story and connected us with Mark, this week our team delivered an RV to him and he now has a safe place to live while continuing to rebuild and recover. This is the work we’re honored to do. People helping people when it matters most.

Let’s help these families with shelter.
Chloe Abbott News On 6
Emergency RV has an RV ready to shelter this first responder family and we will deliver, set up and gift it to them at no charge. We value our first responders and are here for them in their time of need because they are always there for the rest of us. If you can put us in touch we would be happy to make this happen asap. Feel free to DM us and God bless this community and the families impacted by these awful storms.

Heartbroken to share that WWII U.S. Army Veteran Mr. Hughes has passed away.

When he lost his home in Yankeetown, Florida, to Hurricane Helene, Emergency RV had the honor of serving him, a man who had already given so much in service to this country.

At EmergencyRV, we prioritize Veterans and first responders because they show always show up to serve the rest of us. It’s the least we could do.

Rest easy, sir. 🇺🇸🫡

Large wildfires are exploding across the Great Plains today, driven by 70 mph winds. Homes and structures are being lost, with many more threatened. Confirmed, rapidly spreading fires in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

If you are under an evacuation order: LEAVE NOW. Do not wait. You cannot defend a home in wind-driven fire.

Respect the orders. Clear the roads.

Praying for every firefighter, police officer, and medic responding to these fires. It will be a long day and night for our heroes on the fire lines.
