FINAL WEEK BEFORE SUMMER SEASON BEGINS!

The countdown is on! Summer training starts next week, and we can't wait to get back to work with all of our athletes.

Our Rising 6th–8th Grade group is almost FULL, but we still have spots available in our Rising 3rd–5th Grade group. If you've been thinking about signing up, now is the time!

We're excited to welcome both new and returning athletes for a summer of hard work, skill development, and fun. Let's make this our best season yet!

HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY to Dry Pond Volleyball Academy!

Five years ago, we set out with a mission: to teach fundamental volleyball skills and create a positive space for young athletes of all skill levels to grow.

Since then, we’ve celebrated 20 seasons, coached 798 players, and built an incredible community along the way. None of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our players, families, and community.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to see what the next five years bring! 🙌🎉👏🏐❤️

That’s a wrap on the winter 2026 Dry Pond Volleyball season! These players finished up last weekend after an awesome few weeks of volleyball. We look forward to starting up again this summer!

This weekend with our middle school group we worked on multitasking on the court.

In volleyball, you can’t focus on the ball 100% of the time. Players have to track the play, read the court, and be ready for the next touch all at once. This drill helps athletes learn to:

1) Get their hands back to their waist quickly to stay ready to set the ball
2) Use their peripheral vision to stay aware of the play around them

Developing these habits helps players react faster and stay ready for anything during a rally.

And don’t forget, our Showcase is this Sunday!

At Dry Pond Volleyball Academy, we believe that fundamentals should be learned at a young age.  These are skills that can be learned through repetition and are the foundation for a lifetime of club, school or recreational volleyball.
