Leadership is something we believe should be developed just as much as volleyball skills.

This week at Dry Pond Volleyball, we gave our assistant coaches the opportunity to run an entire practice from start to finish. They created the lesson plan, led every drill, managed the group, made adjustments on the fly, and took full ownership of the session.

We're incredibly proud of the confidence, preparation, and leadership they demonstrated. They did an amazing job, and it's exciting to watch them continue to grow as coaches while helping our athletes become better every day.

Last weekend marked Week 1, and our athletes got back to the basics; focusing on two of the most important skills in volleyball: serving and passing.

FINAL WEEK BEFORE SUMMER SEASON BEGINS!

The countdown is on! Summer training starts next week, and we can't wait to get back to work with all of our athletes.

Our Rising 6th–8th Grade group is almost FULL, but we still have spots available in our Rising 3rd–5th Grade group. If you've been thinking about signing up, now is the time!

We're excited to welcome both new and returning athletes for a summer of hard work, skill development, and fun. Let's make this our best season yet!
