JCI USA has shaped me as a leader, challenged me to grow, and inspired me to serve. That's why I'm proud to launch my campaign theme:

Proud To Be
Proud to be a Jaycee.
Proud to be a leader.
Proud to make a difference.

There are weekends that energize you. Then there are weekends that remind you why you do this work. Year-End Convention is one of those moments.

Getting to celebrate last year's achievements, welcome in a new team of leaders and states, and spend time with members across the country was an incredible reminder of what makes JCI USA so meaningful: the people.

These moments matter. They remind us that leadership is shared, progress is collective, and the future is bright because of those stepping forward to build it.

I'm grateful to continue serving alongside so many people who care deeply about members, communities, and the future we're building together.

A huge thank you to JCI Montana for hosting an incredible convention, creating such a memorable experience, and showing us a beautiful part of your state. Your hospitality and heart were felt all weekend.

Here's to what we've accomplished, and what comes next.

PROUD TO BE ✈💙

This year, I was recognized as a JCI USA Ambassador and a NC Jaycees Triple Crown.

Both of these mean a lot—but not just because of the recognition.

They represent years of growth, lessons, and people who took the time to invest in me along the way.

This organization has a way of shaping you if you let it.

And I’m grateful for everything it’s given me—and for the opportunity to keep giving back.

I’ve been working more closely with JCI leaders across the Americas.

Not just to connect—but to learn, collaborate, and strengthen how we support members across regions.

There’s a lot of opportunity when we stop thinking in silos and start thinking bigger.

And I’m excited about what that can look like moving forward.

Heading into Montana this week, I’ve been thinking a lot about what these moments actually mean.

National events aren’t just about sessions or schedules.
They’re about connection.

It’s where conversations happen that don’t always fit into an agenda.
Where ideas get challenged, refined, and sometimes completely reimagined.
Where you get reminded that this organization is bigger than just your local experience.

I’m looking forward to:
– Connecting with members from across the country
– Listening to what’s working (and what’s not)
– And continuing conversations about how we move forward together

If you’ll be in Montana, I’d love to connect.
And thank you to JCI Montana for hoping what I am sure is going to be a fantastic event!

One of the best parts of the past few months has been getting out and connecting with members across the country.

From Montana to Maryland, I’ve had the chance to:
– Deliver trainings
– Build relationships
– And see firsthand the work happening at the local level

Every state looks a little different.
Every chapter operates in its own way.

But the common thread is always the same—people showing up to make an impact.

And that’s something I never take for granted.

What's one thing you wish more members had access to in JCI USA right now?

What's one thing you wish more members had access to in JCI USA right now?

At the end of the day, this organization only works if it works for its members.

Lately, that’s meant:
– Strengthening our development opportunities and events
– Supporting our NVPs in their growth and leadership
– Expanding access to tools and partnerships that actually help chapters succeed

(Programs like Enrichly, Grow My Group, Onto, and others)

The goal isn’t just to offer more—it’s to offer what actually matters.

Because when members are supported, everything else gets stronger.
