We also help students one on one with the human resources available to us for college prep, enrollment help as well as ACT coaching. In times past, we have joined with local school districts to deploy volunteers within the school’s reading and after school programs, mentoring, as well as, operation food search; which served over the Summer 150 children 3 hot meals per day. In addition to whom we serve directly; indirectly we have served through collaboration: Intervarsity, Jobs for Life National, and we have served the Christian Missionary Alliance to Africa in a hospital building effort in New Guinea through the support of missionaries who are currently serving in Thailand, in addition to Love God Love People in Haiti via missionaries as well. We believe our impact has been vital in raising a standard of living that creates prosperity and upward mobility. Refuge and Restoration has been dedicated to this labor for 17 years.
