We are proud to celebrate Carlisle Elementary Principal Julie Stewart on being named the YMCA Partner Award recipient for Principal of the Year! 🎉

This well-deserved recognition reflects Julie’s unwavering commitment to creating a strong, supportive before and after school program for Carlisle students and families. Her leadership helps ensure that students have a safe, enriching environment beyond the school day.

We are also incredibly grateful for our continued partnership with the YMCA. Together, we are able to provide high-quality programming that supports our students’ growth, well-being, and success.

Our Kiwanis Club is selling raffle tickets to win 2 season tickets for the 2026 Ohio State Football HOME games in section 22 C, Row 26 around the 45-yard line. We are raising funds to support our local Children's projects. To enter this raffle, tickets are $5.00 each. Let us know if you are interested and you can pay by VENMO, cash, or check. Once we receive your payment, we will print your name, phone # and e-mail on the ticket (so you can be contacted should your ticket win). We will take a photo of your completed ticket(s) and text the photo to you. The drawing will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at noon.

Saturday, April 18, 2026 is the Delaware YMCA's Healthy Kids Day! Once again, The Kiwanis Evening Club of Delaware will be measuring youngsters needing a bike helmet from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is the perfect time to get a free bike helmet if your youngster does not have one, has outgrown one or damaged one. Sizes available are toddler to XL for adults! Hope to see you there. Be sure to also pick up information about all of our service projects -- especially for those dealing with kids.

The Kiwanis Evening Club of Delaware is the proud sponsor of The Ohio Wesleyan University Circle K Chapter. It is one of 16 Ohio District of Kiwanis chapters. At the recent 2026 Ohio District Convention, the local chapter as well as its officers and members were honored for their successful year. A photo of Club winners is attached.
