Faith communities are invited to a meaningful evening with internationally recognized resilience speaker Kate Gladdin in Delano.

In her keynote “Create The Good: When You Can’t Find It, Build It,” Kate shares powerful personal stories and research-based strategies for navigating life’s challenges with resilience, purpose, and hope. Rather than focusing on surface-level positivity, she explores how we can intentionally create good in the midst of uncertainty, stress, and change.

Kate introduces her practical 3Rs Framework for Resilience
1. Recognize
2. Reflect
3. Redirect

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Kate will also be speaking to students at Delano High School the day prior. This evening event gives parents, faith leaders, and community members the opportunity to learn the same resilience tools together and continue important conversations around mental health and wellbeing.

Attendees will leave feeling encouraged, understood, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in their families, churches, workplaces, and daily lives. Participants will also receive a downloadable reflection summary and can continue the conversation through Kate’s podcast, Okay, Now What?

Join others in our community for an evening focused on building resilience, strengthening hope, and supporting one another through life’s challenges.
