Open Hearts Family Services The Open Hearts Foster Care Program connects precious, little children with loving parents.We are seeking adults to become foster parents.

Open Hearts Family Services is a Ministry of the Florida United Methodist Children’s Home (founded 1908), focusing on foster care and other programs to benefit children and families in crisis. Launched in 2002, Open Hearts recruits and licenses foster homes for the placement of children in need of care. Open Hearts currently serves children and families in Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange, Osceo

la, and Hillsborough Counties —with the vision to expand across the State. We invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with Open Hearts to become licensed as a Foster Parent, providing a home that reflects the love of God for children in need.
