Family Ski Day is fast approaching! This Sunday from 1-3PM. Because temps will be cold we are moving registration, hot cocoa, and snacks indoors. Obstacle course, sled rides, and castle from 1-3PM. Sharks and Minnows game 1:30-2PM. “Chase Pooh and Gang” 2:10. Followed by smores at the firepit and music by the fire indoors. Dress warm and hope to see you there!

Swedetown is getting 10-14 in of snow just in time for the Bear Chase! Still time to sign up and enjoy a fun ski race and weekend in the UP. Many LPSC and Lapham skiers will be there-let's gather and swap stories Saturday after the race. Any suggestions on where to meet? Michigan House? Or ?? Comment below if you have ideas.

The UP Health System Great Bear Chase is on Saturday March 8, 2025. Family Ski Day was a huge success! We hope everyone had a great time! Thank you to all who helped make it happen. A special thank you to all of the Peak Nordic team who were the masters of the games,set up, and take down. I also want to send a huge shout out to Peter Jennik who built and rebuilt the castle single handedly! The kids loved it!

Thanks to everyone who joined us Saturday to celebrate the season's kickoff! LPSC, Peak Nordic, and Friends of LP Snow Committee all came together to honor our heroes of 30+ years for their volunteerism; Kris Maki, Rita Keber and Paul Keber.
